Technology Industries of Finland Centennial Foundation
The Technology Industries of Finland Centennial Foundation uses the return on its capital to support:
- Initiatives that aim at a significant leap in renewing the Finnish innovation and educational environment
- Action-oriented projects that use agile and iterative approaches - and produce concrete results, not plain reports
- Co-creation and co-funding approaches
Our key lines of activity are:
Future Makers - strategic research openings
We are funding ambitious reserach openings with novel ideas to create internationally unique knowledge for the benefit of the Finnish industry and renewal of the society at large. The program is co-funded with Jane and Aatos Erkko Foundation.
Future Makers Funding Program 2017 - idea phase application phase 1.2.-18.4.2017
School of the Future - renewal of the Finnish School
We support two national initiatives that aim at renewing the Finnish School and building capabilities for the future. The projects are part of Finland's 100th anniversary celebrations of 2017
